My name is Marek Jucha and together with a group of specialists, we will guide you through the entire process of buying a property, from selecting and presenting the best offers, through assistance in obtaining financing for the investment, to finalizing the contract and handing over the keys to your new home.

What is APIAL?

APIAL is the Association of Real Estate Agents and Real Estate Agents of the Province of Alicante created in accordance with the provisions of Article 22 of the Constitution, Organic Law 1/2002, of March 22, which regulates the right of association, and other applicable laws that govern the law.

The purpose of this Association is to represent and defend the professional interests, in accordance with the applicable law, of persons who are permanently engaged in the provision of services related to real estate and the management of real estate assets, in particular the activities of brokerage, valuation, consulting and management of real estate transactions. In connection with the sale, lease, exchange or assignment of real estate; ensure that the rights of citizens and users of these services are respected.
