Ciudad Quesada is a large residential urbanisation located in the municipality of Rojales, about 8–10 km from the beaches of Guardamar del Segura and approximately 45 minutes from Alicante Airport. It was developed as a residential neighbourhood and has maintained its character as a place to live rather than a typical holiday resort.

The town is situated on a gentle elevation, which allows open views from many streets and terraces over the surrounding area, the Torrevieja and La Mata lagoons and, on clear days, even the sea. It is one of the most inhabited year-round locations on Costa Blanca South, particularly popular among residents from various European countries.

Ciudad Quesada functions throughout the year and offers full everyday infrastructure: supermarkets, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, medical centres, banks, language schools and many services. In the centre there is a commercial and dining area with cafés and venues open also during winter.

The proximity of Torrevieja provides access to hospitals, public offices and large shopping centres, while within a few minutes you can reach Guardamar and its wide sandy beaches.

One of the main advantages of the location is La Marquesa Golf course located directly within Ciudad Quesada. Nearby there are also other golf courses in the region, cycling routes and walking areas. Outdoor activities such as walking, cycling and golf are popular all year round thanks to the mild climate.
