The development is located in the northern part of Costa Blanca, in one of the most prestigious areas of Calpe — a seaside town known for its wide beaches, beautiful views of the Peñón de Ifach and excellent urban infrastructure. In the immediate surroundings there are restaurants, shops, a promenade and all services necessary for year-round living. The location makes the property ideal both as a second home in Spain and as a rental investment.
The complex includes apartments with 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms and 1, 2 and 3 bathrooms, as well as duplexes with a mezzanine and a solarium featuring 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. All homes in block 1 offer views of the sea and the Ifach Rock, while block 2, in addition to these views, also overlooks the salt lakes of Calpe. The apartments are finished to the Excellence standard, while the duplexes with mezzanine and solarium feature Premium finishes, including a hydromassage jacuzzi located directly on the solarium. All properties include one parking space and a storage room in the basement; duplexes include two garage spaces.
The project combines contemporary architecture with energy-efficient solutions and very high-quality materials. The interiors have been designed to maximise natural light — large windows and spacious terraces provide sea views and a seamless connection between the living room and the outdoor space. The homes are finished with large-format porcelain tiles and smooth walls with a choice of colours. Double-glazed windows and electric shutters ensure thermal comfort and privacy throughout the year. Penthouse apartments feature private rooftop solariums with space for a summer kitchen, relaxation area and, in the Premium standard, also a private jacuzzi.
The kitchen is delivered fully furnished, with upper and lower cabinetry and a quartz Silestone-type worktop, and prepared for built-in appliances. The bathrooms are completely finished and equipped — including vanity units, LED mirrors, shower enclosures, branded fittings and underfloor heating, significantly increasing comfort outside the summer season. Additionally, all properties include a utility/storage room.
Each apartment has ducted hot-cold air conditioning and an aerothermal system for domestic hot water, improving energy efficiency and reducing running costs. The building is equipped with fibre-optic internet installation and TV sockets.
Extensive resort-style communal areas
The complex has been designed as a private resort for residents. It offers recreational pools for adults and children, relaxation areas with sun loungers, jacuzzi zones and landscaped green walking areas with sea views. Residents also have access to a panoramic gym, outdoor fitness area, children’s playgrounds, as well as monitoring and controlled access to the community.

Calpe is one of the most distinctive towns on the Costa Blanca North, located between Benidorm and Moraira, about 75 km from Alicante Airport. The town combines the atmosphere of a traditional fishing village with modern tourist and residential infrastructure. The symbol of Calpe is the impressive Peñón de Ifach rock rising directly above the sea and visible from many kilometres along the coastline.
One of the town’s greatest attractions is its wide sandy beaches with gentle access to the water. The best known are Playa Arenal-Bol located near the town centre and Playa de la Fossa (Levante) situated at the foot of the Ifach rock. Both beaches feature promenades, restaurants, bars and full facilities, and regularly receive the Blue Flag certification.
The town functions throughout the year. In addition to tourism, it has well-developed infrastructure including schools, private medical centres, supermarkets, a fishing and yacht harbour, and good road connections to the AP-7 motorway. Thanks to this, Calpe is popular both among permanent residents and second-home owners.
The centre features a historic old town with narrow streets and traditional architecture, while the harbour area hosts a fish market and numerous restaurants specialising in Mediterranean cuisine. Just a few minutes from the town begins the Peñón de Ifach Natural Park, with a walking route leading to a panoramic viewpoint. Nearby are also the Las Salinas salt lakes, where flamingos can often be seen.
Calpe is one of the most active sports destinations on the entire Costa Blanca. It is particularly well known among cyclists, both amateurs and professional teams who organise winter training camps here. The surrounding area offers hundreds of kilometres of cycling routes, from flat coastal roads to demanding mountain climbs towards Coll de Rates, Benissa or Guadalest.
The town is also an excellent destination for hiking and mountain walks. Popular routes include trails around the Peñón de Ifach, in the Sierra de Oltà mountains and scenic paths along the coastal cliffs. Thanks to the mild climate, outdoor activities are possible almost all year round, from cycling and running to water sports, diving and paddle boarding.
In recent years Calpe has also become one of the fastest growing real estate markets on the Costa Blanca North. The town attracts investors and buyers looking for higher-standard properties, and its skyline is gradually expanding with new residential developments.
Many new projects are being built, mainly modern apartment buildings close to the beach and luxury villas on the hills with panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea and the Peñón de Ifach. Many of these developments offer high-end finishes, private pools, large terraces and contemporary architecture. As a result, Calpe is increasingly seen as a location combining Mediterranean lifestyle with the luxury property segment.
The development of new projects and growing interest from international buyers mean that the town continues to expand dynamically while preserving its distinctive landscape and natural surroundings.
