Hello to everyone looking, just like we once were, for a property on the Costa Blanca. Let’s put it this way — at a not-so-young age, we decided to make a change in our lives, and Spain became our choice. While searching for a real estate agency, we felt completely lost. A new country, no local knowledge, and the only thing we were sure about was that we wanted this.

That’s when our “guardian angel” appeared and recommended Costa Iberica. At first, we thought — if not this agency, there are plenty of others. We even made a long list. But already during the first communication, while still in Poland, Costa Iberica stood out as the most active. Iwona didn’t hesitate to reply even on weekends and answered all our questions — and we had quite a lot of them.

When we finally arrived in Spain, our first meetings with Marek and Iwona confirmed that we were in the right hands. We threw away our list of other agencies. For two weeks, Marek showed us around tirelessly, patiently explaining what to pay attention to. Viewings were arranged smoothly, sometimes even repeated twice.

We finalized the purchase without being physically present in Spain. Before leaving, the agency — especially Ela — coordinated everything with the notary, lawyer, and bank. Marek accompanied us every step of the way.

Today, we are happy owners of our home. All utilities — security, internet, insurance, electricity, water — are already set up in our name, all thanks to Costa Iberica.
